Your 12 Month Warranty
When you buy a luxury watch from Timepieces Belgium, it will come with a 12-month warranty. The 12-month warranty begins from the date of original purchase. Should the watch stop working through no fault of your own, we will repair the watch free of charge. However please note that the 12-month warranty covers mechanical defects only.
If you have experienced an issue with your watch and it has stopped working, please feel free to contact our customer service department now. If the watch is still under warranty, we will be able to carry out a free repair. This is why it is important to keep your proof of purchase and receipt.
When contacting our team, please provide as much information as possible regarding the issue you are experiencing and what happened when the watch stopped working. This will help us provide you with fast and efficient service.
Watch Warranty – What Is Not Included
Water damage, theft, loss, forc?
